Refund policy

At Adaptivo Furniture, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return (unless damaged or defective on arrival).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer / store credit.

Exchange

  • If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
