Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return (unless damaged or defective on arrival).
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer / store credit.
Exchange
